Pilates Equipment Classes
|
We offer three broad types of Pilates equipment classes:
|
- One-On-One classes, where you get the undivided attention of a single instructor
- Two-On-One classes, where you and your friend or partner work with a single instructor
- Group classes, where up to four clients either: work through the same program simultaneously (Led Classes); or work through their own tailored programs individually under supervision (Mixed Classes)

Fundamentals
|
This is your gateway to all other equipment classes. You receive four one-on-one classes covering all the basics of the Pilates equipment work syllabus.

This option is those who have completed Equipment Fundamentals and opt for ongoing private instruction or for those who seek individual attention for specific conditions.

Led Classes
Levels 1-4
|
Level 1 is your starting point after completing your initial One-On-One or Two-On-One program. Those who have completed six months of Pilates mat work may also begin equipment work with these classes. Your instructor will move you through each of the four levels as your abilities and expertise grow.

Mixed
Classes

Mixed classes are for those who prefer to work individually through their own tailored programs under supervision. You are eligible to take mixed classes after completing your initial One-On-One or Two-On-One program.
